ってことで、会社が創立記念日で１５時という微妙な時間帯で、リリース。同僚のTRくんと、ラジ天川崎に向かい、18:30まで第一ラウンドお。
でそのあと自宅に戻って５０９さんをピックアップ。すたこらとドクターへ向かいました。でここで、23時過ぎまで走って今日はひさびさコッテリ走り込みました。
恒例ドクター花金レースは、敗者復活で４位でした。あとちょっとだったなあ。
